Materials: The outer layer of the plates is made of durable polypropylene that reduces floor impact noise. Inside is a balanced mix of cement and sand. Handles are made of alloy steel with a non-slip ribbed surface, 32 mm in diameter. All parts connect and lock in place without the need for tools.
